All of Ulatti's Jewelry is minimal, yet durable. If they by any chance break, we will always replace your piece. Furthermore, they are all waterproof, you can use the jewelry in the shower, ocean, pool. The jewelry can be worn while working out and sustains exposure to heat and sweat.

We guarantee that all Ulatti Jewelry will never fade, carode, or break with regular use. All of our jewelry is made of the highest quality materials and is crafted to last over years. If you experience any issues we will always replace your piece. 

We size our cuffs and bracelets based on the circumference of the wearer's wrist, not the piece itself. To find your ideal size, we suggest wrapping a soft measuring tape or string comfortably taut around your wrist where you want your cuff to rest and recording the measurement without any slack -- don't worry, we account for comfort!

SHIPPING

Domestic* packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. All packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are typically delivered 2-3 business days after they leave our workshop.

RETURNS

If one our our Ulatti products by chance break, we will always replace your piece. To process a return or replacement please contact us on customerservice@Ulatti.com. We allow up to 14 days from day of order dispatch to request a return. As soon as a return is received at our warehouse we will automatically process the refund or replacement.
